I had a small roof leak and MrRoofRepair quickly scheduled an appointment via email. All charges were explained to me in advance. The repair person was friendly and knowledgable and did not try and sell me any kind of fix that was not necessary. We were able to work on the problem together and even went into the attic to try and find the source of the leak. The repair was clearly outlined to me and photographs of the repair were posted on their website. This company has did a thorough job and I would recommend them to anyone needing a repaired roof.

We woke up to a leaky roof sunday night and by tuesday morning the leak was repaired by Roofing Specialists. They responded to our message quickly (the second company did not even call us back)and booked an appt. for the next morning. The service man was very professional and did a great job (appreciated the before/after shots).

Roofing Specialists did a middle of the winter fix on our roof just over a year ago and did a great job at the price they quoted. Their attention to service is very good and I felt they were trustworthy.... to the point where I recommended them to my mother who had a major leak in her roof this past March. This is the second time we've called Roofing Specialists, and we've been impressed both times. The repairman who came out was quite forthright with us, saying that our particular issue was likely at least partly caused by damage to our neighbour's roof. Because of this, he couldn't guarantee that a repair would actually fix our problem. This is unfortunate for us, but I really appreciate that he was honest about it, and gave us the option of going ahead or not. Once again, I was very pleased with the service we received.
