I called Roofing Specialists Northwest based on the positive reviews.  Shingles were flying off my house on Christmas eve, and I left a voice mail message.  To my surprise, they called me back a couple of hours later (yes, on Christmas Eve).  After questioning, said they are not the guy for this job (as I have a steep roof that backs up over a canyon), but referred me to someone who could help me.  I was very pleased with his response time.

they came to do a fantastic job on the roof. The unfortunate part is three weeks later our neighbours house burnt down the one attached to our home. Thank god no one got hurt and we ended up with a another roof. This company is a great company and they made sure we did not pay until we were 100% satisfied. We have watched them doing many roofs in the neighbourhood and we would recommend them for any roofing needs.
