Skynet Computer Works in Houston has HORRIBLE customer service!!! The owner Frank was supposed to have done an advance virus removal, two weeks later I still had issues and had the virus software company tech. do a remote access check, the virus was still there. I called Frank and he assured me that he would take care of and told me to come in that day and he would be open until 7pm - I arrived at the store at 6pm (1/17) and the store was CLOSED. I called the number, no answer. The next day Frank hung up on me, I go to the store he yelled at me in front of another customer and told me he didn't like my attitude (?) which was strange since he was yelling and being insulting to me, and that he didn't have to do anything, he wasn't Best Buy or Wal-Mart, he refused to refund my money even though the 30 day warranty was still in effect. NEVER go to Sky Net Computers and expect to be treated with courtesy, you will be scammed and screamed at. Frank Amigo has zero integrity, he will not honor the work, and he has major problems with acting in a professional and courteous manner toward customers. He apparently feels that he can be verbally abusive to female customers and doesn't have to treat us as paying customers. By the way there is a county consumer advocate, and tv stations, and the BBB who will be made aware of Frank's shady business practices and hopefully the word will get out. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about what a truly awful place of business Sky Net Computer Works really is.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid at all costs! Not a trustworthy business. Owner uses insults and foul language when questioned. Do yourself a favor and take your business ANYWHERE but here.
