South End Yoga is a bright, clean welcoming atmosphere that sets a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere for self exploration, nurturing and renewal. In addition to a well varied selection of traditional yoga disciplines there are specialized classes such as yoga for Arthritis. Guided by Dotty Guild, who knows about Arthritis first hand, this Kripalu based offering is focused on techniques for the relief of the pain of this disease. I’ve taken her class and would rate it top notch. I’ve had more than six surgeries on various bones and muscles groups and her class has helped me keep flexible and able to enjoy an active life.

Additionally there are always special events such as meditation classes, etc. South End Yoga has much to recommend it and I think everyone should give it a try.

South End Yoga is a fantastic studio! There are classes for every level - you do not have to be an advanced yogi to come, stretch out and feel better. The studio is clean, has all the props you could ever want and has the most wonderful teachers. The owner Patrice is very friendly and helped me find the most appropriate class for my needs. I have some injuries and some issues, but yet I feel like a new person after class. I recommend that you talk to Patrice or any of the other teachers. This studio caters to real people who want to do something great for themselves.
