Stephen Sadatmand has been in the mortgage business since 2005. He firmly believes that success lies in the level of service that you provide. And if you want more, you only have to bring more value to the marketplace. This approach has separated him into many different mortgage environments. Throughout his career, Stephen has joined and led mortgage companies from wholesale brokerages to retail banking organizations. He was in the frontlines during the great recession of 2007. During that experience, Stephen saw first hand how risky and poor decision making could lead to such tribulations. From that experience, he decided to be that reliable "trust advisor" that a potential homeowner or current homeowner can rely upon through the home mortgage process. Stephen's primary focus is to ensure the borrower is educated on all facets of the lending process while giving them options that assist them in accomplishing their short-term and long-term goals.
