Steve Mehr is an entrepreneur and founding partner of Sweet James, a leading personal injury firm in the United States that handles complex cases. As one of the founding partners of the law firm, Steve dedicates his time to driving operation efficiencies, identifying strategic community collaborations, and seeking justice for those that others have harmed. In addition to his passion for law, Steve's entrepreneurial mindset led him to develop innovative CRM software designed to boost the firm's operational efficiency and client service effectiveness. Throughout his career, Steve has leveraged his passion for justice to drive a meaningful impact in the community through various charitable organizations and community initiatives, reflecting his dedication to fostering social change and promoting justice and equality. To date, Steve has organized collaborations with local nonprofits such as The CARE Foundation, (PSS) Project Self Sufficiency, The Orange County Museum of Arts, and the Orange County Rescue Mission.
