These guys are perfect finishers. When I hired them for my move I was confident that they would do well. I got confidence on them after talking to their sales rep Robert. That guy seemed to know his job. However, they did not disappoint me. Their movers came on time with necessary tools and packing materials. I heard a lot about the awesome service and reasonable price of Trans United Inc from my friends. So, when I needed to relocate to Houston, TX from Orlando, FL I decided to go for them. I called them and discussed my move with their sales girl Kim. She was smartly figured out my needs and asked many questions to know about the nature of the move. She was very pushed me to hire Trans United Inc and never asked for advance payment. However, their quote seemed to be reasonable. I gave them the job and they responded equally well to the task. Their movers did display their skills and abilities during the packing and moving of my goods. There were a lot of fragile and sensitive items and a very heavy sofa and few other heavy stuffs as well but nothing caused any damage or delay. They moved the goods a lot before the allotted time and also delivered everything in one piece and without a scratch and charged within the quoted amount. Now that is what I call real professionalism.

I recommend Trans United Inc for all kind of moves. I am a regular customer of Trans United Inc. I have used them in several occasions and they never failed to deliver. But yesterday what they did is something near to impossible. They have moved us to our new apartment yesterday. I gave them less than an hour to get ready for the move. They came at my place without knowing what they are going to encounter. They had to deal with huge amount of heavy furniture along with a lot of fragile items and they also had to manage my dogs. Movers took around 10 minutes to regroup and then they instantly decided the game plan. I was ready to see some damaged and broken stuffs and to overlook some errors because they came within a very short notice. But their movers had different ideas. Trans United Inc is not like any other ordinary moving companies. I have used them recently. So, I know about this company. Being honest they are not the cheapest but they did charge me a reasonable price and in return performed a lot better than what I was looking for. Movers were very punctual. They arrived 8 am sharp with all necessary tools and they came prepared for the task. I was really happy to see them doing great while packing and moving the heavy and fragile furniture. There was a piano to move, which they accomplished without a hitch. In the end I got a very effective, smooth and timely move.

Trans United Inc - truly! The three guys from Trans United Inc, Kim’s team moved our entire apartment in one afternoon. She was helpful on the phone and arranged our move the day before - top marks for being courteous and pleasant at such short notice! They were all polite and friendly. They took great care of everything without any issues or dramas. There was no damage to furniture or the walls moving in or out. There were a lot of steps at the new place but they did not once complain. They were excellent and deserve to get more business. Keep the formula you have Kim - it is perfect.
