I was confused before hiring Trans united inc but when my uncle told me about them I decided to go with them. My uncle recently relocated to Florida from Texas with united Trans united inc and he spoke quite high about them. However when I spoke with their sales guy Joe, it seemed that he knows his job very well. I liked his promptness while sending the quote and fixing the appointment. I hardly have any moving experience. Actually yesterday for the first time I used any professional movers. I used Trans United Inc for my move and the experience was quite good. Though I heard many horrible stories about professional movers but I experienced a complete reverse situation. Recently I used Trans United Inc for a 2 bed room move. Their movers showed up on time, they packed and moved all my belongings at the destination about an hour ahead the schedule, delivered everything perfectly; there was nothing that I could have complained for. Then they willingly helped us to store the stuff and when they billed me I did not notice any extra hidden charges and initially when I booked them the sales guy Joe did not asked for a large deposit! I was not supposed to use Trans United Inc because I hired a different moving company for my move. But just one day before I relocate they called me and wanted to increase the price, which was not professional and unethical. So, I had to find an alternate and that lead me to hire Trans United Inc. now I can say that everything happened for a good reason. Movers of this company simply rocked. On moving day, our crew of three arrived on time, explained our moving estimate in detail, and immediately began working without any breaks. They worked hard all day to keep us within our estimated time, and handled are belongings with care and significant attention to detail. Moreover, the crew was extremely courteous and friendly throughout the day.
