We called Tri-state because the defrost drain in our freezer was clogged and the freezer was leaking water onto the floor. They called back in a reasonable amount of time and arranged an appointment for two business days later. Their tech. arrived on time and resolved the problem quickly. Would highly recommend.

For several weeks my refrigerator was turning off and on countless frozen foods were thrown out due to them being spoiled After countless repairmen and groceries wasted I was referred by a friend to give this place a chance when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful man, who was able to not only repair my fridge but also gain a new loyal customer I would definitely recommend this place to everyone
