Two technicians came to install the microwave at my house, and immediately after they left I noticed some items have been missing from my home. When I confronted them they denied that they took it, but I'm 100% sure they did it because I was using the same items just moments before they arrived, and just moments after they left I noticed that they've been forcefully taken out in a hurry with bunch of small parts on the floor. The police report was filed and the owner came to the location after the incident, and seamed to be supportive despite the lack of any proof except my word. In one phone call that occurred a week later, he even agreed to compensate me for the loss, but I never heard back from him after that.

I want to point out that not only the employee of this company has crossed all ethical boundaries, but he also committed a serious crime at the house where he was invited to perform the service which he gets paid for. Also, the fact that this act was done at the time when...
