I was looking at a NetZero home plan two years ago when I was referred to Wytek construction by the designer. Dan seemed really nice and very knowledgeable in energy efficient homes. It took me 2 years to relocate to Tampa. I contacted Dan in February 2013 and I told him I was ready to move forward with building my custom home. We met immediately for consultation and he asked if I had my home plan which I did not. I showed him two different ones I was considering online but needed customizing. He told me that he would design the home plans for just a thousand more than the online price and we could customize it however I wanted. He also asked me to pay $5000 for pre-construction services but I opted to wait til the plans were finalized.
