Your Fat Loss Coach in Miami is a great company if you want to lose weight quickly. They use the hCG diet, which involves taking a hormone shot every day. The diet is not easy but the coaching and systems make it very doable. I lost 27# in 7 weeks.
My coach was Violet and she did an excellent job, keeping me on track.
