Smart Heating And Air Conditioning
Getting a pro is the way to go. Andy Guzman was the technician that responded. He diagnosed quickly, found the issue (a bad contractor on the AC unit outside.) and replaced the part all in less than an hour. The part was available on Amazon for ~$20, we were charged $99 (I can handle that.) Overall charge was $534. I am not sure about the upcharge for the less than an hour’s with of work…I thought it would be a little less but I’m sure I’ll feel better about it with time. Andy was great though! And the people at Smart Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to our need. Thank you!

I called Dodge Key Replacement, and they arrived at my house in less than 45 minutes and made me a new key, following the ordeal of my car key breaking in my ignition and the theft prevention system prohibiting me from starting the engine with the broken key.
