Archer came out and cleaned my carpets in a timely and professional manner. Because I had used a Carpet cleaning "soap", on my carpet prior to their visit, I had a lot of soap residue in my carpet. This residue showed up as a grey area after their initial clean, but when they called to inquire on my satisfaction, they said they would come back and retreat those spots with a solution to help get all of the soap residue out. Afterward, they called again to offer tips for future carpet care. Thanks Archer!
