Paul was helpful, honest and did not try to up sale me on additional services. I asked his opinion on the animal enzyme treatment, and he said I'd be better off getting the Teflon treatment for the same price since my pet did not have any serious accidents. He was nice and squeezed my appointment in at the last moment within 24 hours. I will be sure to call him for future carpet cleaning services and refer him to others. Also the wife says she was happy as well since he was courteous and polite.
