We recently purchased an investment condo that was quite dirty There were many layers of dirt that had built up over the years due to lack of proper cleaning. Some of the grout was black. Paul arrived as scheduled and explained the tile and grout cleaning thoroughly. He tested a portion of the grout with an acid cleaner. I felt confident that the techniques Paul used would work on our floor I was not disappointed, the floor looked great. Grout was cleaner than I expected. One hiccup was lack of communication that the grout sealing had to scheduled the next day. Paul immediately changed his schedule so my floor was ready for move in day.
