I was moving back to my home town in Long Island, and had a lot of stuff to bring. I'm a literature major so my walls are just filled with shelves and shelves of books. Bayflower gave me a really good price, and a hefty discount because most of my move was just boxes. It was a great move, the movers packed up my flat screen, the only fragile item I had, for free, which was really great. Nothing was damaged which I guess is a no brainer when the majority of the load is books, but I was impressed by bayflower's professionalism and great customer service.

I heard a lot about bayflower and also saw some very good comments about them in several websites. All these positive feedback actually forced me to call them just before my move. I called them and talked with their sales guy. He was very responsive and smart to figure out what I want. He offered me a deal so attractive that I could not say no to him. I had high hopes from them and they also kept their reputation by doing everything perfectly for me. They saved my time and money and ensured a very fast and accurate move. I strongly recommend this company to everyone.

This was a big move for us so of course we were somewhat nervous. Joe assured us that our driver was one of their best. He did not disappoint, both of our drivers and the crew at both ends were fantastic - courteous and efficient. Would definately use BayFlower again and would highly recommend this full service moving company

The movers were really trained, courteous, experienced and well mannered. Thus, the move was really great and there is no complaint or big issue along the way. We were really concerned we will meet our schedules on the move but the moving company helped us to achieve this easily. No doubts, we will definitely call you guys if we have to make any other move in the future.

I had grown up in Tennessee my whole life, but after I received my degree from college, I started getting job offers all over. I finally decided on NY, to get close to the big city. I didn't have many things to move, but the things that I did have were dear to me. Bayflower Moving was able to provide me with the best price. They were upfront with me from the beginning, and my sales representative Barry even looked up my address to see if I would need a shuttle service, or not, on delivery. Turns out I did need one, which was a pain, but at least I knew about the charge ahead of time, and not on the day of the move. All in all dealing with them was easy, and they delivered all that they promised

When I was shopping for my move, I was honestly going based on price. There weren't many options in my price range, but bayflower gave me a competitive price, and included storage in the quote. I don't think it's exactly deluxe service. The crew was competent but not exactly five star white glove service, still, considering the price point I got my items delivered quickly and had good communication with the drivers. Most importantly for me, there was not a bit of difference between the price we discussed over the phone and what I paid in the end.

This company provides excellent service. My move was a big job, a four bedroom house that was pretty chock-full of stuff. My relocation consultant really did an amazing job helping me make some tough decisions in order to keep my move affordable. There were a lot of items that just would have put the cost over the top. It was a great help to be able to have a sounding board. The moving crew did a tremendous job, and kept there cool throughout.

I got a very great mover, bayflower is best. This is the second time he moved our family cross the country. He was very professional,respectful and super clean. He made sure that everything was done professionally. He moved us with care when, which other companies don't seem to know how to do. He didn't break anything, which was surprising. We expected some things to break, but nothing did. We truly appreciate their good work. This is a hard work and tough business, he has all of my respect. He was great and I'd definitely call him again
