Bay Flower is the best moving company that I have ever used. They arrived on time to pick up my household goods and did a really good job making sure that nothing was damaged. They got all my stuff to another state in one week and I was really impressed with that as well. When my stuff arrive it was in the same condition that it was when it left, and their fee for the move was also very reasonable.and they did a great packing for the items needs to be packed and was no additional cost ..

My over all experience with the move was worry free. The drivers were professional with the move and respectable. I needed to change my move date up from another. The company was able to accommodate my needs within a short date. This was very helpful to me.

I hired bay flower to do my move from Virginia to the Arizona and it went off without a hitch. The movers and my sales guy whoever he was, was great to deal with; always pleasant and gave an accurate estimate for the move. I would and have already recommended them to my friends.

The process of moving is not usually pleasant. One can only hope at least the physical part of the move to be stress-free. My move experience with them did just that! I was not able to do any of the packing so I hired them to pack up everything. When my things arrived damage free, I have to attribute it to the thoroughness of the movers with all the pads, shrink wrap and careful handling.

When I first started the whole process of searching for a moving company, it was quite overwhelming. My phone rang off the hook and everyone said they were the best. Some even bad mouthed other companies. Right off the bat I was able to cross out the unprofessional ones.

Bayflower's salesman was very thorough in explaining the process, helped me understand their estimate and how to compare estimates between companies. The movers were just as thorough with the packing and loading and explained to me what happens next. Their customer service was great, they kept me well informed by emails and I was able to track my shipment by calling the driver who was making the delivery.

Thanks again for an awesome moving experience. I am a single mom and needed a lot of help moving my stuff. I was worried that it would take a long time and the cost would go outside my budget that I had planned. I am happy to say that the guys were so fast in moving my stuff that they finished quite early. This in turn saved me even more money. Thanks again for great service!!!

I whole heatedly would never even consider another moving company. First off, their price was the lowest out of the 5 quotes I received this time around. As if that wasn't a deal maker, they also assigned a four-man team instead of two or three like the others (which was laughable). Add in the FREE plastic tubs given to us (easily saving $150+ to use those rent-able tubs, but these we could keep as long as we needed). When they arrived, they packed everything up so carefully. I was amazed at the simultaneous haste and precision in both packing and unpacking. Thanks a lot for everything

Their customer service is really awesome. I had been searching for a few days for a mover who was willing to work with me, before finding these guys . I was really impressed by their great service. Used for the second time and again impressed for their great service. My husband and I were really satisfied about their service. Everything was fast, perfect and on time. They maintained great care when they load and unload all of my household goods. The price was only $3800 which was lower than my expectation and estimate. The whole movers team worked so hard and fully planned way. Everything was smooth and perfect. I did not expect anything more! Highly recommend.

The moment I put my information online I got bombarded by phone calls, and I was surprised that my email server didn't crash from the amount of e-mails I was receiving. I didn't know what to do, or who to talk to, so I just asked family and friends for recommendations. My brother in law recommended this moving group to me, as he had used them for a move two years ago. I called them up, and spoke to Joe, who walked me through the whole process of getting a quote. I got a real good education about the moving business from him, and he laid down in front of me all the options. In the end of the day I was happy with my decision; the move was smooth, the price constant, the movers polite, and a quick delivery; what more could you want from movers?
