I was moving out of the lone star state to start a new life and make new friends, but I didn't want to waste all of my money on a moving company. bayFlower had great prices, and a friend of mine had used them previously, so I went with them. I didn't have much, so it didn't take long to pack everything up, plus these guys were real pros at packing my flat screen TV. I really liked that it didn't take forever to get my items, since I forgot to pack clothes in the meantime. It was a really great move, and I'll use them for sure again if I do decide to move again.

This is my first review I am writing because I do not know how to express my thankfulness to these guys! This is such an amazing company with such an amazing team of workers! I contacted the salesman, Seth, writing an email to him and asking about all the important stuff I had to know about. He patiently answered my every single question. I did not have so much furniture but some of my things were really large like for example my new bed which I think is too big for my new bedroom. I should not have bought it. I think it is too big.
However, I did and I was afraid that the it might get damaged, especially because of its size, but the guys loaded it very carefully on their truck. This has been my first time using bay flower and I am extremely satisfied with them. I had chosen the company that seemed to be a reputable one. I had a long distance move ( Orlando to Paterson) and I booked the time frame with Joe, a very friendly and helpful salesman at bay flower and he was extremely kind explaining everything about their service thoroughly. Victor and two other workers were the team who moved my things. Only a day after, they came to my apartment on time and moved everything very fast. They even put together my desk and a few other things that were disassembled. As I mentioned, they did that for me and did not charge me extra for that. It made my day.
They are a very professional team. Also, the best price in the area. When I booked the time frame with Sebastian, he also told me the quote and at the end, I paid exactly the amount we had agreed about. There were no extra charges or fees. I moved a number of times myself but hired them in my last move. They gave us awesome service at economical rate. They were well coordinated. They had my all belongings packed and load within six hours since they got into home. If I wanted to do the pack, I am sure, it would've spent days to finish. Moreover I could not make the move so smoothly like they did. So I didn't try to pack. Rather I was agree to pay extra bucks for professional packing which would ensure the safety of valuables. These guys did my move pretty well. I received my furniture and other stuff with almost no defect. As it was a long distance move, I expected that they might delay to hand over. But making me wrong, they delivered within the target window. I am looking forward to move again with the help of THESE GUYS!

The Bayflower is marvelous and hundred percent reliable. I used them twice and they worked with utmost care in both move. It was very hot weather in July when I hired them for my second move. I shifted from Florida to Alabama. They brought moving pads to drag heavy furniture from third floor to the ground. They were extremely vigilant so that there was no scratch on wall or floor on the way down. I had two bookshelves and wardrobe which were not possible to bring out. The expert workers took apart the items and the delivery persons again reassembled. Even they helped repairing the wardrobes loose door. Thanks for the great job.

We contacted with these guys and they gave a reasonable quote. They turned out to be outstanding to move us from Florida to Washington D.C. They kept us up to date all the way. The way they worked for us, we could not be enough happier. I was concerned for the grand piano, my father presented on my birthday. But it seemed the guys were expert enough to pack and move piano especially. All parts were intact when they delivered. They relocated our all other household items as they moved the piano. Except a small scratch on our dining table there was no problem at all. Our staircase was not so wide in the old apartment. I can guarantee if another company would move us, there would definitely be so many scratches. I am sure to hire them again in our next move.

Guys showed up on time, new how to handle the piano, moved it around quickly and professionally, wrapped it up in a way it wouldn't move or be damaged under any circumstances, new how to park a truck, put blankets to avoid any scratches to the floor ... and where simply two really nice people to deal with. Taking into account my former moving experience, this one was GREAT. I also enjoyed the fact that the company called me afterwards to confirm the quality of a service. Great job!

I must say I was extremely skeptical and nervous about choosing the right moving company for my move from Virginia to Florida. I had been hearing so much about the horror stories with moving companies that would quote you low prices but once they arrived the prices would jump and triple in the amount. For that very reason I wanted to be sure to do my research and choose wisely about which company would move my household items. I must admit from the very first moment I spoke with their friendly and professional staff member, I felt a sense of ease. All of my numerous questions were answered without any hesitation. I decided to go with bay flower and my husband and I couldn't have made a better decision. When I was helping my cousin move from Jersey City to Rochester couple of weeks ago, we called bayflower moving groups team and I can tell you that they are simply phenomenal and great. Exactly what you want to get from a moving company - efficient, professional, kind, punctual, careful, and helpful. As far as I am concerned, they deserved more than five stars. When we first booked the time frame, we were not able to use it, so they had to reschedule us, I mean her move, but it was not a problem.
