Awesome! We LOVE our new kitchen! We had our floor tiled as well as our back splash. They were super to deal with and very accommodating. They made great suggestions, installed everything just as promised and came back when we had a few minor upgrades. Beginning to end we were thrilled. Highly Recommended

Factory Direct Floor refinished our 60 year old wood floors and they look beautiful - like brand new. The job is flawless. The crew was very professional, did exactly what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. We opted for a water-based finish using the Bona no-dust system...there was minimal dust and clean up. I highly recommend them.

We had bamboo flooring installed by Factory Direct Floor, and are very happy with the job they did. The floors are beautiful, as are the finishing touches, the molding and base boards. There were a few small communication glitches along the way, but everything was done to our satisfaction in the end.

Factory Direct Floor and their crew transformed my floors from the 90s to a modern fresh look in less than 3 days! I love the new color of my floors. they easily had the best price from everyone else I contacted and their work ethic and service are amazing. I mostly appreciate how upfront they were about the whole process and told me everything I was to expect. Wish more contractors were like them, they are truly unique.
