I used Factory Direct Floors to refinish one floor of my condo and they also replaced the wall-to-wall carpet with hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Factory Direct Floor and his team tore up some refinished my floors. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend them to my friends. We had some really bad water damage to our floors but they did an awesome job in sanding down the floor, and now there is no notice of any stains, and the finish looks absolutely beautiful. Also his prices are great, and I don't think anyone else would be able to beat them.

I just used Factory Direct Floor Service on our home this week. We brought in several companies for estimates, and they quote were very reasonable. Their team came in Friday morning for sanding, repairs, and refinishing, then came back Saturday for another coat. There was no dust anywhere in the house and the floors look fantastic. The bill was exactly as quoted. We will definitely use them again when we're ready to do the other rooms. I would highly recommend those services to anyone...
