These guys are the BEST! Our fir floors which had huge gaping holes patched with two by fours and had been painted black are now GORGEOUS! There is no sign of the black paint. The patched holes blend seamlessly with the rest of the floor. Factory Direct Floor and team completed the work in 5 days. They immediately provided a bid upon calling. They are reasonably priced. We were blown away and are thrilled we went with Henry's. They are top notch. If you have hardwood needs, they are the team to call!

I just had my floors refinished and they look fabulous! These folks took away the carpet, patched up some old boards, and refinished them to their natural beauty. I found the employees to be courteous, friendly, punctual, and trust worthy to have access to the house while unattended.
