I'm a little late in submitting my review but not because of disappointment. After some major work in the basement where the carpet had to be lifted, I called Factory Direct Floor was very helpful. Most if not all our meetings were done over the internet with pictures and measurements. I was mostly concerned with having the seams joined. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We ruined our brand new carpet by dropping a hot iron on it, and in the middle of the floor no less. Factory Direct Floor came out and fixed it brilliantly. I can see the patch, but that is only because I know exactly where to look, and even then it took me a few minutes to locate it. No one else would ever know the carpet had been repaired in that spot. They also re-stretched the entire room and did some other repairs. I was extremely happy with their work and would absolutely use them again.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. We were very pleased with the honest advise from the sales rep and the timeliness of the work. We had them install carpet in our basement and were very pleased how quickly they completed the job as well as the quality of the work done. We highly recommend them for any future flooring needs.

Factory Direct Floor was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the selection and installation of flooring in my loft. The installers were great and went beyond their duty at times to get the job done, and done well. Overall, Factory Direct Floor is organized, professional and offers quality product and service.

Factory Direct Floor was a pleasure to deal with. From arranging the estimate, installation and finishing - it all went smooth. We are very happy with our on-site finished floors. Factory Direct Floor was very knowledgeable in providing information about the differences between on-site finished hardwood and pre-finished hardwood and we're more than pleased with how beautiful and smooth our floors turned out. Their installers were on time, friendly and trustworthy. I had no problem leaving them a key to complete the week long job. Thank you for a great job well done! Factory Direct Floor was helpful from the start with suggestions for various types of wood flooring we were looking for. Their showroom had all the samples to choose from. An engineered oak floor was what we settled on and pricing was very competitive. Well done!

I was referred by my contractor to Factory Direct Floor. After visiting a great number of flooring stores, I was exceptionally pleased with the prices at Factory Direct Floor. Factory Direct Floor was patient and found a suitable product at an acceptable price point and was extremely helpful and thorough with their explanation of installation. They drew diagrams and walked me through the process so that when it came time to installation, I was able to do it with greater confidence and knowledge. I would certainly recommend this store to others and intend on visiting them again when the need arises.

I've gone through about 4 hardwood installers in some previous renovations, and Factory Direct Floor is the best of the bunch by far. Very competitive pricing, and incredible flexibilty and accomodation. I changed the schedule on this at the last minute multiple times, and they never complained. My final change was to ask for installation ASAP, and their crew was here the next day. The crew itself was very clean, professional, did an excellent job and even advised me on a few small things I could to fix up some other minor finishing issues around my house. An easy and whole whole hearted recommendation!

They were most professional person I dealt with. They were very knowledgeable, and helpful making suggestions I hadn't thought of. The job started on time, and finished early! We wanted engineered hardwood in our kitchen. Went to more than 10 stores, but Factory Direct Floor had the best selection, good prices and not too pushy. We had done our research but that didn't stop other store owners from strongly shoving their opinions on us. Factory Direct Floor was the perfect balance between informed and focused on our needs as customers. We had our floors installed by our contractor and they look great!
