I needed my wall to wall bamboo flooring stretched in several places because there were noticeable ripples. They were very helpful and professional. They did a great job and fixed the ripples and repaired a couple of areas where the floor seam had separated. It is a pleasure dealing with a company when they call to reconfirm, show up exactly on time and call to report when the job is finished.

I hired Factory Direct Floors to do laminate flooring into my townhouse. They completed the work quickly, professionally and I love the new floors. Their installers were timely and friendly, there were many turns and various-shaped landings on the staircases and they really paid attention to details. The floors look amazing! I would definitely go straight to Factory Direct Floor for my next project and recommend them to others.

We called Factory Direct Floor for an in-home consultation from reviews from this website. They showed us samples and recommended the type of laminate flooring they would put in for our needs. They didn't try to upsell something that would not be good for us. The technician came and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Factory Direct Floor.
