Factory Direct Floor was quick to respond, quoted a very fair price and did great work ... the seam is virtually invisible and the floors look great. Their worker was friendly and efficient and followed up both by phone and email to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended.

Factory Direct floor was a true professional right from the start. Excellent customer service. They came to our house twice with samples in hand to verify our selection. They answered my many questions on: where were the floors made. The installer was on time and did excellent work. The prices are competitive to other well established installers.

Factory Direct Floor was very professional and courteous and very considerate of time (punctual and always confirmed appointments). They did a wonderful job on our stairs and would definitely use them for any other project. They are a bit pricey, but their work speaks for itself.

After calling a number of carpet companies, who did not want anything to do with my request to fix a cut seam, I talked to Factory Direct Floor. After sending a pic, I was scheduled for the next morning. Repair was taken care of expeditiously and professionally. Great job and even better customer service. I would recommend them.

I had a flood in my basement and needed new underpad and carpet reinstalled for portion of area. After a call to Factory Direct Floor and sending some pics and floor measurements was given very prompt quote and quick date for the work. Came on time. V pleasant hard working workman. Great service.
