We purchased some wood-look tiles from Factory Direct Floors and we had it installed in my kitchen, entry area and hallway, and an upstairs family room. It was the look that I was looking for and the cost was reasonable.

The sales rep at the store was amazing. She seems to know her stuff I'm happy with it. It's a perfect color with her suggestion. She went out of her way to help us and show us stuff. The guy that installed the carpet was amazing too. He went above and beyond, and did a beautiful cut. I will definitely recommend Factory Direct Floor to anyone.

I chose to buy a flooring from Factory Direct Floor because of the price. We're also happy with the color & the main thing is that it had a really good warranty on it. They said if there's any issues, to call them at any point and they'll fix it. It was installed in our home and it's only been a few months, but it seems fairly good.
