Debbie & Jerry Harr sold our house in one day. Their guidance all along the way was outstanding, including staging advice and terrific photography for web presentation. Finally, the icing on the cake was a total 4% commission, adding $12,000 to the net proceeds received at closing, compared to the typical 6% commission charged in our market. We could not be happier and would use them again if the opportunity came up.

I was impressed with the honesty that Homes That Click provided on our initial meeting. Debbi was spot on about the realistic expectation of selling price, which she did get for me, and I especially appreciated the continual feedback on showings. As a seller, I loved being kept informed on everything going on Also, the Title Service they use was so professional, but at the same time easy to talk to and answer any questions I had during the process. Deb did a great job of getting a property sold for me. I live over 2000 miles away and needed to move the property as quickly as possible through a difficult transition and family situation. Deb was aware and understanding of all of the details involved. She not only made all the necessary arrangements to sell the house, she was able to recommend and make available handymen who were absolutely necessary to make the property presentable. I'd recommend Deb to anyone.

This was by far the easiest selling experience I've ever had thanks to Deb and Jerry. Their lower fee was so much less than I could have gotten anywhere else. They made suggestions to better present my house, which obviously worked. Listed, shown, and sold (at full price) the same day. I couldn't have asked for anything more!
