Can’t believe my neighbors across the street hired XXXX. I type in Sawgrass Way homes for sale in any search engine and our sold house still comes up. Not theirs. His (Realtors) marketing strategies are far far behind yours! I told him what your fees were and they still went with XXXX and his 3% or 4%. Nice way to throw $10,000 down the toilet. And our house sold in 20 days! His is still for sale!! Loved your service - Michael (Highland Lakes)

Helped me sell a home!
The term Discount Broker is a misnomer when dealing with Debbie. There is nothing Discount about her service. While her fee will save you thousands, her service really gets the job done. When a couple of the pictures she took were not to her satisfaction, she came out and retook them. She could have easily just posted them and left it at that, but she is too much of a professional for that. Quite frankly, if you use another broker you are throwing your money away.
