Outlet Home Inspections, LLC is an independently owned and fully insured home inspection company based in Northern New Jersey. Outlet Home Inspections was found and operated by Ahmed Amin, P.E.

​They proudly complete home inspections in Central and Northern, NJ. They also travel and cover other areas in New Jersey.

Ahmed was always interested in construction and exposed to the real estate industry from a young age. It started during his teenage years while he would fix rehab projects all over Jersey City with his uncles. His uncles being real estate investors, exposed him to many of the components that go into renovating homes.

Fast forward a few years, Ahmed decided to attend an engineering college (New Jersey Institute of Technology) to study Civil Engineering. He achieved his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering.

He started his engineering career working as a Field Engineer receiving hands on site experience. Simultaneously, he worked towards becoming a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of NJ. This involves completing a minimum of four years of credible engineering experience as an engineer-in-training (EIT). Also you must pass two sets of state examinations the Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) exam and the Professional Engineering (PE) exam. He successfully became a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

He has always dreamed of starting his own business while keeping his experience and passion at heart. He decided to further enhance his skill set and attended a Home Inspection School. He successfully became a Professional Home Inspector and moved forward in starting Outlet Home Inspections!

He decided to remain both a practicing Engineer and Home Inspector, further sharpening his skills and overall experience. One of his most competitive advantages is his hunger and passion to continue learning and servicing his clients.
