City of St. Clairsville, OH

Hair Inc in St. Clairsville is Terrible service. Lady that cut my kids hair insulted them and pulled their hair hard and hacked it all up to where I had to fix it. My kids are sweet girls and never deserved the abusive behavior of this hairdresser
